Happy Tails Dog Sitting
Happy Tails Dog Sitting
Your Dog's Home Away From Home
About Us
I started Happy Tails Dog Sitting in the early summer of 2009 as a alternative to a kennel environment. I wanted other dog lovers who don't just think of their dog as "the dog" but as a member of their family, to have a place to leave Fido while going away on vacation or a work trip. We all know how stressful it can be to leave your dog behind while going on vacation, and for some owners they can't enjoy their vacation with such worry. I remember leaving my boxer at kennel and having him stare at me as I walked away, wondering if I'd ever come back. It was heartbreaking!
With that in mind I started Happy Tails Dog Sitting where bringing your dog to my home they are made part of the family. Getting individual affection and love. I have a lot of experience with dogs. At a commercial kennel dogs are subject to disease, trama, no individual attention and locked in a kennel for most of the day. Please don't subject your dog to that. With sitters whom come to your home and visit two or three times a day for 30mins your dog is still alone for 22.5hrs a day.
You will have peace of mind with updates via email of how your pup is doing, knowing they are having their own "Staycation" while at my home.
I provide a safe, fun, and happy place for your dog to stay time and time again. I want your dog to go home tired, clean, and better behaved than before you went out of town. A tired dog is a good dog. You will be able to leave your dog with me guilt free, knowing that they will be taken care of as a member of our family.
I have a pug named Preston, who is my world. He loves having company over to play or just be lazy and lounge on the couch. He loves dogs big or small. He thinks everyone is his best friend!
TILL WE MEET AGAIN AT THE RAINBOW BRIDGE....
TYSON
Boxer
May 9th 2005 - August 29th 2014
Tyson passed away too soon to a massive stroke on August 29th 2014. He was a little over 9 years at the time. I can't believe my baby Boxer is gone. We all meet that one dog in life that was extra special and stood out from the rest. Tyson was that to me. He always wanted to be near me and was and still is the love of my life. I was fortunate enough to be with him when he passed explaining how Rainbow Bridge worked and to play with all his friends until the day his mommys meets him there.
Rusty Golden Mix
Sept 1998 - Sept 11th 2010
Sadly we lost our golden Rusty to cancer on Sept 11th 2010. He was 12 yrs old at the time. He will always be remembered and missed greatly.
RAINBOW BRIDGE..
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....
